  Pad lock is retained when url text is cut from context menu

• Steps to reproduce:

  1. Visit any URL
  2. Right click on the URL and select cut from context menu
  3. Pad lock icon is still retained even after the URL text is cut from context menu
  4. Only changes to magnifying glass after clicking outside the URL bar

• Actual result:
  Pad lock is retained when url text is cut from content menu

• Expected result:
  Should change to magnifying glass immediately
