Design spec for initial SC architecture

As discussed over the phone, see below breakdown of initial smart contract structure

• Gas Station (customised GSN smart contract ( https://opengsn.org/ & https://gsn.openzeppelin.com/ )
  -- staking of SOON tokens to cover the gas fees
  -- gas station is utilized by all core modules to cover fees
• Reputation / Badge Station
  -- Each DAO can create it's own custom reputation token. This has infinite supply.
  -- They can use reputation station to issue badges with reputation. Reputation is tied to DAO smart contract
  -- Badge is NTT smart contract ( ERC1238: Non-transferrable Non-Fungible Tokens (NTT) ethereum/EIPs#1238 )
• DAO SC (customized SC based on https://docs.openzeppelin.com/contracts/4.x/api/governance)
  -- set number of councillors
  -- votes a delegated to councillors
• NFT Collection & NFT - ERC-721

Please if you can start putting together proposal and specification for this. It would be best to do it through google doc initially.
