Start delay before sending notification after the 1st access to the course

Dear,
the feature enables to send a reminder a specified period of time after a starting event, which may be enrolment in the course, or completing an earlier activity.
Could we have a option to set the "1st access" or "last access" date to the course instead of the enrolment date in the course?
This could be very handy when the enrolment is not triggered by the student.
