Build
-----
-Install Windows SDK for Windows 7 and .NET
-Optionally, install Visual Studio 2010 (required for *.vdproj file)
-Run build-release.bat or build-debug.bat script from Windows SDK 7.1 or 
 Visual Studio 2010 Command Line
-The binaries and setup file will be copied to the bin directory


TODO:
-----
-Make cut/copy/paste/delete work at the cell level, not just rows
-Add batching feature to UndoManager
-Add IPv6 support (for parsing IP addresses to determine if valid)
-Enable/disable buttons/menu dynamically depending on current state
-Show error indicator in top left of grid if any errors exists for case when
 rows with errors may be currently filtered and therefore not visible
-Show progress bar in status bar if ping's in progress
-Use TaskDialog instead of MessageBox for Windows 7/Vista look and feel
-Implement Windows 7 JumpList support to access archive from task bar
-Use WiX for generating installer instead of VS deployment project
