Deprecating and removing side-by-side installs from Chocolatey CLI

I removed the template as it didn't appear to be relevant to the issue

Chocolatey CLI deprecated side-by-side installation in version 1.2.0. Support for side-by-side installs will be completely removed in version 2.0.0 which is pencilled to be available at the end of Q1 2023 / start of Q2 2023.

I can't find anything specific that states the recipe supports it. Equally, I can't find anything that says it doesn't support it either. To highlight the deprecation, I wanted to raise the issue to ensure you are aware of it and take the action needed. If the recipe support side-by-side installations, you may want to consider removing it or gating it for versions of Chocolatey CLI < 2.0.0.

This recipe is specifically for installing Chocolatey CLI. Deprecating side-by-side installs doesn't affect this. Closing this issue.
