If the chocolatey.license.xml file has been placed on the file-system, but the chocolatey.extension has not been installed, Chocolatey GUI can crash immediately with the following:

This should be handled gracefully, and simply not attempt to further work with the licensed features of Chocolatey or Chocolatey GUI.

This has been tested in the latest version of Chocolatey GUI and it is known to no longer cause a problem. This problem affected only the privately released Chocolatey GUI for Business, and not the OSS version.
