Users can't update their "organization" after registration

The COmanage plug-in for this is still on the backlog. As an alternative, we plan to make it editable at https://allocations.access-ci.org/profile .

When a user updates their "Institution or organization" at https://allocations.access-ci.org/profile , a batch jobs runs overnight to add a new "Role Attributes" element on https://registry.access-ci.org/ containing the new "Organization". However, the old "Role Attributes" element (with the old "Organization") is not removed. When querying https://allocations-api.access-ci.org/identity/profiles/v1/people/ , the "organizationName" reflects the newly added "Institution or organization".
