  1. Freshly installed v2Plugin 1.1.1 on a newly build bare metal system of 4 nodes having DEE 17.06 pre-installed in native swarm mode.
  2. Logged in to Contiv UI for the first time and 'run wizard' option is shown
  3. Unless you follow through 'run wizard' there you can not move forward on using the UI
  4. After clicking on run wizard and keeping settings to network default and skipping ACI settings, we land up on create network page
  5. on the create network page, we cannot create user defined tenant. Only drop down menu with default tenant option is given
  6. Now to create first contiv network for a user-defined tenant, he has to use netctl cli to create tenant first, than go back to UI to use that tenant for creating first contiv network for his choice of tenant

Wizard should allow to create tenant, this is currently missing. Users who want to use only Contiv UI for there work-flows don't have choice for creating tenant, when they use this for the first time.
