[rosetta]: support balance tracking via events

Balance tracking in rosetta is currently done by parsing transactions and extending messages.

But this leaves out balance and supply changes happening at begin or endblock level, plus the messages which indirectly change balance.

Since now balance and supply are fully tracked via bank events, rosetta should rely on those to handle balances and supply.
