PSNR mismatch: calculated averaged PSNR is lower than the provided value

I downloaded all the results (RealSR network and Bicubic interpolation) of Version 3 dataset from the shared link. I calculated the averaged PSNR values of these 100 test images for both RGB and Y channels independently, and found the calculated averaged PSNR is lower 2 roughly than the provided PSNR. May I ask your help to check this?
