What would you like?

Vue 2 has reached EOL on December 31st, 2023. We should remove the testing harness, vue2, from the cypress app and deprecate the vue2 package on npm. People can still download the harness and use it, but the cypress CLI / electron app will not support it or scaffold it

Why is this needed?

This allows us to more easily maintain our npm packages by not having to maintain something that is EOLed
