jsdelivr官方提供了github托管的服务，
因此建一个项目，直接利用地址转换即可实现js文件的加速
注意有文件大小的限制，限制为20M

不建议用于图床加速，会导致账号异常的现象。

具体请参考如下项目，也可以直接fork，修改下github的用户名使用即可
