AzleIntoJsValue for enums with records is incorrect #225

We need to create an object with a property that is the name of the record in AzleIntoJsValue. For example, TransferError.InsufficientBalance right now is an object with a property e8s, but it should be an object with a property called balance which is an object with a property called e8s
