Turns out that currently the version of the NETStandard.Library that's referenced is actually controlled by Microsoft.NETCoreSdk.BundledVersions.props, which ships out of the CLI repo. So I've moved this issue here.

This is now updated. Validated on the latest prodcon build.

We need to make sure that 2.0.3 is picked up. We found an issue with 2.0.2 and needed to rebuild. 2.0.3 is in flight. 2.0.3 just made into core-setup so it should be in the next prodcon build.
