If previous versions of the Windows Software Development Kit are present on Windows 10. The VSIX Fails to install quoting that Win10SDK_10.0.18362 has failed to install.

Solution was to uninstall all Windows Software Development Kit - Windows ********* from appwiz.cpl and retry to install the plugin for Visual Studio 2022.

There seems to be a check missing to check if the previous Windows SDKs are present/meet the requirements
