  • When deleting a territory, check if any libraries are attached to it. If so, disallow deletion
  • Otherwise, allow deletion of the territory
  • Each library can have a territory assigned to it
  • In view/edit library and also dashboard, see the english territory name for the library
  • When editing/creating a library, allow attaching a territory to it
