[Feature Request] Add Aggregate Datasource

Hi,

Would it be possible to add a datasource for Aggregates? I see aggregates and RIRs were added as resources in #154 - it would be very useful to be able to query existing aggregates as well.

Bonus points if someone wants to add a datasource for RIRs, but I'll limit this humble request to Aggregates to limit scope creep.
