Description

Create a FAQ with common question and their answers

Motivation

Currently we don't have a FAQ to list common questions

Exemplification

In the FAQ we would list common question about the Eiffel protocol and their answers

Benefits

FAQ records question that have come in from users that other users might also have. It would serve as a compliment to the documentation we have

Possible Drawbacks

None that I can think of
