[Lens] Improve index pattern no fields available state

When user has some filter selected in the lens from an index pattern and if user changes an index pattern, and if that field doesn't exist in newly selected index pattern, lens displays warning that no fields available that contains data, we should improve this, for a beginner user it can be really hard to interpret this message

lens can easily go into a state where it feels it's mis configured, i suggest when user changes index pattern, and if the fields on which filter is applied , it doesn't exist in new index pattern, we shouldn't apply filter to that.

Essentially we should apply filter to the index pattern to which it's relevant.

Another suggestion is to to make Changing the global filters as a button something like clear filters, reset state buttons.

We could filter the filters based on the index pattern for the field existence request, but that might be confusing as well because they will still be applied to the chart - just kicking the can down the road one step.

I like the suggestion of having an action button in the error message to clear the filters.
