moving divider pane in console loses cursor focus

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior: When you move the divide pane between the Console request and response panes, as things resize you lose focus of where you were.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load a decent size console request pane (couple hundred lines)
2. move the divider between the request/response panes
3. observe you lost focus of where you were in your request pane

As someone who uses Console on a daily basis, in front of rooms full of eager Elasticsearch users, it would great to see this addressed ASAP :)
