Timelion: width of bars-representation extends upwards

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:

Changing the width of timelion's bars-visualization, like changing .bars(1) to .bars(30), extends the bars thickness to all sides, including up. The additional height makes the values look larger than they really are. Expected behaviour: Changing the width only makes the bars thicker horizontally, but not vertically

Steps to reproduce:

1. visualize some data in timelion with bars
2. vary the width of the bars and observe the upper edge of each bar vary too
