[Fleet]: Incorrect description as per actual working available under Agent activity.

Preconditions:

1. 8.5 SNAPSHOT Kibana cloud environment should be available.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Fleet> Agents tab.
2. Click Agent activity observe text:
   Activity feed will appear here as agents get enrolled, upgraded or configured.
3. Install one agent and observe no activity log for enrolled.
4. Upgrade, assign new policy or unenroll agent and observe agent activity available.

Note:
If configured only means changing the policy, then it is working fine. Else, if user make any changes in policy the activity log is not updated for that action.

Expected Result:
Correct description as per actual working should be available under Agent activity.

We have revalidated this issue on latest 8.5 BC3 Kibana cloud environment and found it fixed now.

Observations:

• Description is updated as per actual working under Agent activity.
