[Lens] Enable dynamic titles/label

Describe the feature:

This can be an interesting follow up from #137770 (already mentioned in #137770 (comment) )

A typical use case is the "traffic light" approach based on latest status on a Metric chart:

Success	Waiting	Error

While in some context would be possible to achieve something similar via a custom field formatter, in an event based architecture only a combination of different documents can provide the final result (i.e. I can think of a formula that combineslast_value( connection ) * (1 + last_value( ready ))), so a field formatter won't apply in this case.

Tables are also a possible target for such feature.
