Describe the feature: Ability to show search bar while using Dashboard fullscreen mode

Describe a specific use case for the feature: It would make it easier to search while visualizing the Dashboard in fullscreen mode, without having to return to the normal size screen.

@greicefaustino you should be able to use the maximize panel feature to do this!

I looked into this request a little more and discovered that they want to still see the search bar when the dashboard Fullscreen button is clicked.
