Describe the feature:

Kibana 7.4 adds the very useful concept of "saved queries". It would be great if saved queries could be used in visualization filter buckets. This feature has been requested before, but for "saved searches": #4333

Describe a specific use case for the feature:

When using the same query in multiple visualization filter buckets, the use of a saved query means that the query only needs to be updated in one place (the saved query), instead of updating all visualizations.
