Kibana version:

Master building from 7fef618ea6

Elasticsearch version:
N/A

Browser version:
Safari 13.0.1

Describe the bug:

Console height is broken, probably after Dev Tools shim migration (#49349)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Console in Safari

Expected behavior:
Console should render at the correct height.
