Describe the bug:
When opening a chart in Visualize from the Metrics Explorer leads to a 404

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Visualize a chart in Metrics Explorer
  2. Click on the action menu
  3. Pick "Open in Visualize"
  4. FAIL

Expected behavior:
Open the chart in TSVB
