[Lens] Tables with grouped rows to improve readability

Aggregated tables in Kibana include duplicate values in each row, as outlined in this screenshot:

A better way of displaying this data would be to automatically detect and highlight rows that look like this, by applying some stylistic options including background color and borders:

A further extension would be to support the option to add subtotals in these row groupings, which is a step towards pivot table support without requiring pivot columns.

This is a visual change that we could make to tables without supporting all of the features of pivot tables. It's something that I've requested on EUI tables, and it's an expected feature of the EUI data grid.

I would expect that this is a setting that is enabled by default, and can be toggled on a per-table level like this:

As shown in that screenshot, I expect three options:

• Group by duplicate values
• Whether to show a subtotal row
• Which metric to use as subtotal

This issue is part of the larger tables meta issue.
