When I start Kibana with --kibana.defaultAppId=monitoring, I'm expecting Kibana to open by default http://0.0.0.0:5601/app/monitoring when I open http://0.0.0.0:5601/

But apparently, it goes first to: http://0.0.0.0:5601/app/kibana and then to http://0.0.0.0:5601/app/kibana#/monitoring?_g=()
