Green permalink target indicator is too close to the bubble below and feels cramped

Steps to reproduce

1. Tap on a permalink
2. Feel perturbed that the green line is unevenly spaced between the bubbles, and is 'sticking' to the top of the target bubble:

Something more like this? perhaps?

I'm not sure it'd be a good idea to change the actual bubble spacing, otherwise we'll see pops when you permalink within the currently visible timeline (which is very common when tapping on replies, which is prolly the most common source of permalinks)
