[Task] Pinned items timeline

When tapping on the "View All" CTA of the pinned items banner, a timeline of the pinned items should be displayed according to the designs.
This view should allow to scroll easily through all the pinned items, and operate some actions on them:

• Unpin (if the user is allowed to)
• View in the timeline
• Copy
• Forward
• Redact (if the user is allowed to)

If the user is allowed to, a button at the bottom allowing to unpin all the messages should be present.

This view should also be accessed by the room details.
