Display name change/joins cause room to be unread (green dot) #17764

Description

Whenever a display name changes or a user joins a room (unencrypted), the room appears unread (green dot) in the room list.

Steps to reproduce

read a room, so that it is new marked unread
go away for a while
observe green dot rolms and check them out
in many cases all that happpened was a display name change or a joined user.
