<p>Protokollierung von Skripts per Over the Shoulder Transcription
Die Over the Shoulder Transcription erstellt für das Powershell-Skript ein Transkript (eine Klartext-Logdatei), das alle ausgeführten Befehle und Ausgaben protokolliert. </p>

<p>Achtung: Das Transkript speichert nicht alle Ausgaben. Write-Host z.B. wird nicht immer abgebildet.
Man benutzt hier:</p>

<p>Sie können es als Gruppenrichtlinie sowohl für Benutzer als auch für Computer aktivieren, und zwar in den administrativen Einstellungen unter Windows-Komponenten – Powershell. Hier finden Sie sowohl die Transkription unter dem Namen Powershell-Aufzeichnung aktivieren als auch das Skriptblock-Logging unter Protokollierung von PowerShell-Skriptblöcken aktivieren. Aktivieren Sie die Powershell-Aufzeichnung, legt Windows die Sitzungsprotokolle standardmäßig im Dokumente-Ordner des Benutzers ab. Die Protokolle werden jeden Tag in einem neuen Ordner abgelegt, der nach dem Schema JahrMonatTag erstellt wird, also z.B. 20190110 für den 10.1.2019. Innerhalb des Ordners wird pro Powershell-Sitzung ein Protokoll mit dem Namen Powershell_transcript.<Computername>.JahrMonatTagStundeMinuteSekunde.<8stelliger Zufallsstring>.txt erzeugt.
Der Zielordner kann über die Gruppenrichtlinie angepasst werden. Geben Sie dafür den Pfad in das Feld Verzeichnis der Aufzeichnungsausgabe an.</p>

<p>CPU- und IO-Priorität für einen Prozess dauerhaft (!) beibehalten
Manchmal ist es sinnvoll oder notwendig, die CPU- und IO-Priorität einiger Prozesse zu senken, damit andere Prozesse, ihre Arbeit tun können.</p>
<p>Es gibt viele Tools, wie z.B. Controlup und Citrix-WEM um die Prioritäten der laufenden Prozesse zu ändern, aber es gibt nur sehr wenige Tools, die die Priorität automatisch beibehalten, sobald ein Prozess einmal gestartet wird. Process Hacker kann sich beispielsweise für einen bestimmten Prozess die Einstellungen merken und sie erneut anwenden, wenn er läuft. Aber während des Bootvorgangs z.B. läuft kein Tool wie der Process Hacker.</p>
<p>Diese Funktionalität ist bereits in Windows integriert! Man muss nur einen Registrierungsschlüssel wie z.B.</p>
<p>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\tiworker.exe\PerfOptions
anlegen.</p>
<p>Im Beispiel möchte ich für tiworker.exe die CPU- und IO-Priorität festlegen. Dazu muss ich zwei DWORD-Werte namens CpuPriorityClass und IoPriority unter dem Schlüssel PerfOptions setzen.</p>
<p>Folgende Werte sind möglich:</p>
<p>"CpuPriorityClass"=dword
00000001 = Idle
00000002 = Normal
00000003 = High
00000004 = RealTime (n.a.)
00000005 = Below Normal
00000006 = Above Normal
Alle anderen Werte setzen die Priorität wieder auf normal.</p>

00000001 = Low
00000002 = Normal
00000003 = High
00000004 = Critical (only for memory io)</p>

<p>Alle anderen Werte setzen die Priorität wieder auf normal.</p>
<p>Achtung:
Microsoft hat diese Einstellungen nicht dokumentiert! Wie üblich ist es gefährlich, an Prioritäten zu basteln, da der OS-Scheduler möglicherweise nie eine IO- oder CPU-Zeitscheibe für einen Prozess plant, wenn andere Prozesse mit höheren Prioritäten ständig ausgeführt werden. Außerdem wird es schnell nutzlos, wenn zu viele Prozesse diese Funktion nutzen, was der Hauptgrund dafür sein könnte, sie nicht zu dokumentieren. Man sollte sich der Tatsache bewusst sein, dass die Prozesse möglichwerweise nie laufen, wenn die Maschine ständig mit wichtigeren Aufgaben belastet wird!</p>

<p>Systems repair</p>
<p>Sometimes a system needs repair. Try the following commands to check and fix the integrity of your system files.</p>
<p>Start Command Prompt in privileged mode
•Press ⊞ (Windows logo) in the taskbar, and type cmd.
•Right-click Command Prompt, and press Run as administrator.
•Press Yes in case of User Account Control (UAC) pop-up.</p>
<p>SFC
•Type in sfc /scannow and press Enter to initiate the integrity check and fix.
•Wait for it to finish and reboot.</p>
<p>MDSCHED
•Type in mdsched.exe and press Enter to initiate Windows Memory Diagnostic.
•Reboot to execute the test.</p>
<p>DISM</p>
<p>Find and fix corruptions</p>
<p>•Type in Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth and press Enter to check for known corruptions.</p>
<p>•Type in Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth and press Enter to scan for new corruptions.</p>
<p>•Type in Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press Enter to fix the known corruptions.</p>
<p>•Wait for it to finish and reboot.</p>
<p>Clean-up the component store (WinSxS folder)</p>
<p>•Type in Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup clean-up (immediately delete) previous versions of updated components (without a 30 day grace period).</p>
<p>•Type in Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase to remove all superseded versions of every component in the component store.</p>
<p>•Wait for it to finish and reboot.</p>
