using npm default registry https://registry.npmjs.com/@snyk%2fcloud-config-parser => OK it's found
using npm mirror https://skimdb.npmjs.com/registry/@snyk%2fcloud-config-parser => not found

Resolution switch back to the defaul npm registry.
Just for information, if it can save some time for other guys
