while inspecting what exactly the difference is between frame grabber and frame grabber browser, I discovered that the halfSample parameter is not used at all in node, and it's pulled from the wrong configuration location in browser!!!

documentation expects it to be under locator configuration, which is not passed into frame_grabber -- frame_grabber_browser is looking for it in the inputStream config!!!!
