Apps can be created / uploaded in Dashboard, and then are also available in the Public/Apps folder of the user.

The user can then edit the app using Drive or another app, but can’t publish the updated version

Fix

Not a bug, but rather a missing feature for using just Dashboard / Drive and not the CLI.

Dashboard needs to check the App folder hash vs the published _dnslink

If the app folder hash is different, show that it’s different from published and display a Publish button somewhere.
