Aids for transferring large number of files: Number of files transferred & Skip files already on destination

Hi - great little app helped solve a friends problem. They were new to OS but were happy to buy you a coffee 🙂 2 quick observations from using it to transfer 1.5k files (pictures and few vids):

1. Would be great to have a count of files transferred so far. Even better would be an overall progress bar and total ETA, but they are stretches.
2. We got part way through then they needed phone back. When I went to transfer the files, there didn't seem to be an option to skip files already on the destination.

Overall - nice app and shows the power of open source as Android File Transfer wouldn't work, but yours did 🥇

I am planning to rewrite the whole application from the scratch and for faster experience. This may not happen immediately due to office works and other open source project commitments. But once I start reworking OpenMTP, I sure shall be happy to include this feature
