allow sending sms from MQTT through the phone

this feature needs to be carefully implemented in order to avoid malicious application to send unexpected sms (possibly on overrated destinations) using user's phone

  • allow sending sms to phone contacts only
  • pairing authorized applications with phone (i.e using QRCode to make it simple)
