Automatically generate tasks from jira ticket

As some teams have written the tasks in a jira custom property of the ticket, it would be greate to generate the tickets automatically out of it.
Just define the Field and the seperator (e.g. the - or *)

one solution might be that Jira will push anyhow new created tickets to possy (to an existing rest api) or we might create a schedule job. Latter might be designed carefully to not produce too much traffic
