Set 'archived' status in Submission Registry automatically #5

Assumption: If a PID is available in the Submisison Registry, the research object it refers to is archived (in the respective data center).
Definition of Done: If a modification of Submission Registry entry includes a PID, automatically set the status to 'archived'.

Agreed with @Marfroem to implement this functionality with the ServiceBuilder rather than directly in the Database.
