2 things answer this question for me:

1. No commits in almost 5 months (and only 2 real commits in the past 10 months)
2. Even @goatslacker said he does not really know where to take the project since he is no longer actively using it (Roadmap for Alt #650 (comment))

You could make a different argument if the project was in maintenance mode but there is that list for 1.0 roadmap but nothing has been committed related to that (unless it is being done outside of github or completely locally which would be weird).
