Using this bot we can post message to Telegram from whatsapp !!
- host the app from this current directory in heroku and copy the url
- Go to Twilio sandbox and configure and set the flask app url in POST Request
- create a Telegram bot from botfather and copy the telegram Bot API key and paste in flask app
