Overview

We need to identify new channels where we can recruit new UX research volunteers so we can have the recruitment pipelines when we are ready.

Action Items

  • Create the spreadsheet in Role/Recruitment folder
    • Name
    • Type (facebook, slack channel, etc)
    • Access URL
    • Invite URL
    • Self-join (Ture Or False)
    • Notes
  • Identify possible slack channels, groups where we can post HfLA recruitment information
  • Record group information in the spreadsheet
  • Create UXR Google Interest Form that rolls up to the UX Recruitment Pipelines spreadsheet
    • Get Google Form approved
    • Share with HfLA UX/UI Slack group
    • Ask Slack group to share interest form with their UX networks

@ssuvarna1234 - I added a few of the action items that I think we reviewed on Sunday in the description above. Let me know if I'm missing anything.

@rfambro2 @ExperimentsInHonesty-

  1. Thank you Ray the action items look great to me! I just added a confirmation item to the list.
  2. I have completed the Google Form and attached it to the original Google Sheet

@ssuvarna1234 - Great! I tried to open the Google Form but couldn't access it. Is it restricted? Did we get a chance to share with the UX/UI Slack Group yet?

@rfambro2 Apologize for that! I changed the settings and it should work now! Let me know if you are still having troubles.

@ssuvarna1234 - We've updated the questions a little. Can you take the responses from the last spreadsheet and link them to this one? @ExperimentsInHonesty - Will send you a template that you can also use to tweak the look and feel of the form.

@rfambro2 @ExperimentsInHonesty I did want to point out that the following question on the google form "If "YES" then would you be interested in posting on behalf of Hack for LA?" is required to answer. However if you answered NO to the previous question the answer options would not make sense. Maybe we should add a N/A option?

@ssuvarna1234 - Thanks for pointing this out! I think it should be updated now.
