Desaturate HackMyResume (Color coding: off by default)

The HackMyResume color scheme doesn't convey sufficient information to justify itself, either visually or in terms of the added complexity it causes around output and logging. I thought we could evolve it into something useful but it's a distraction. For 2.0, unless people hate the idea, I'd like to either remove the color coding, or keep it in place but turned off by default.
