Hasjob's current homepage features a simple chronology. This makes it hard to do anything interesting with it, as any kind of featuring will disrupt the chronology.

This is why pinned listings have been limited to three at most.

Since users anyway find the simple chronology hard to use, the home page could use Google Inbox-like grouping to show jobs grouped by type or category, with the full list revealing when the group is expanded. The groups themselves can be ordered by the chronology of their most recent entry.

Instead of stickie grouping, these groups can be horizontal dividers occupying a row between stickies.
