Use SQLAlchemy Continuum for JobPost and Domain models #286

SQLAlchemy Continuum enables automatic version management for content. We have two models in Hasjob where this is necessary:

JobPost (nice to have, since the post may change in unexpected ways)
Domain (mandatory, since edit access is freely granted to multiple users at the domain)
