As a part of the applicant management workflow, the following needs to be taken care of:

Adding people as admins for a job post.
Maintaining the complete conversation thread history across all people involved(job poster, job post admins & applicant). This implementation should necessarily support recording emails sent directly from the senders' mail client applications.
The UI/UX for the application management panel needs to be improved.
