Show candidates employer activity

When an employer visits any of the candidate's links, the candidate should be notified (through their dashboard). This helps candidates keep track of whether employers are showing interest in them, and of which aspect of their profile.

The information shared is similar to a bitly link: it only contains the timestamp of each visit.
