Description

Consensus validation in downloader fails when the nodes from address book doesn’t match the nodes from the current node stake update transaction.

Steps to reproduce

Run importer with testnet and set a startDate with node stake update transaction already enabled. Once the first node stake update is processed, consensus validation will fail
