Add new data sources for EBS default encryption.

Support for the below two new data sources has been merged and will release with version 2.17.0 of the Terraform AWS Provider, likely later this week. 👍 Thanks, @jukie!

  • New Data Source: aws_ebs_default_kms_key
  • New Data Source: aws_ebs_encryption_by_default

This has been released in version 2.17.0 of the Terraform AWS provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading.
